By booking a boat ride with us, passengers agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us before making a reservation.
Food and Drinks: Our boat ride does not include food or drinks as part of the service. Passengers are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, but please be mindful of any litter and dispose of it properly.
Property Damage: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the boat or any equipment on board. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken equipment. Passengers will be held responsible for the cost of repairing any damage they cause.
Cancellation Policy: If a passenger cancels their reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled boat ride, they will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total cost of the ride. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled boat ride.
Liability: The boat operator is not responsible for any injuries, loss of personal belongings, or other damages that may occur during the boat ride. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should follow all safety instructions provided by the boat operator.
Changes to Schedule: The boat operator reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel the boat ride due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the boat operator will make every effort to reschedule the ride or provide a full refund.
Conduct on Board: Passengers are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner while on board the boat. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the boat ride without a refund.
